Each file or link transcribed uses 1 credit (1 transcription from your quota). Large files use more: video over 5 minutes, audio over 10 and documents over 100 pages. The total is shown before processing. If the file fails, the credit comes back.

It is a one-time purchase of transcriptions (10, 100 or 1,000), with no subscription and no expiry. The one-off balance is only used after your plan's monthly quota runs out. Buying a pack is always allowed, even if you still have transcriptions available.

Payments are made by credit card through Mercado Pago. Monthly plans renew by themselves every month on the saved card. Card details go straight to Mercado Pago and are never stored on TranscritorAi's servers. Your billing history is in My account.

Open Plans and choose the new plan. For a paid plan, the site takes you to payment. One important rule: while you still have transcriptions available (from your plan or one-off), you can't switch plans. Only after they run out. In the meantime, you can buy a one-off pack.

You can cancel at any time, on Plans, with the cancel button on your current plan. Future automatic charges stop and the account goes back to the Free plan. The balance left in the cycle isn't lost: it becomes permanent one-off credit.

You have up to 7 calendar days after delivery to request a review or point out a mismatch between the transcription and the file you sent. Because the service is performed on demand, a full refund only applies if processing has not started yet or if there is an unjustified delay on our side. Details are in the Terms of Use. In My files. Every successfully processed result is kept there, with no need to save it yourself, and it doesn't disappear when you close the page. Yes, for 30 days. A deleted file goes to the Deleted tab: it disappears from searches but still counts toward your storage. There you can restore it (it returns to the list) or delete it for good to free the space right away. After 30 days it is permanently erased automatically.
